The second folktale begins. It tells the story of a woman, wrongfully accused of witchcraft, who joins forces with a hellhound to wreak havoc upon her captors.

Wrapped in forest, dressed in white
Tomorrow looms and open lies a grave
They want to burn her body
For the crime of making no mistakes
And answer to the devil on the way

But lo! She knows
The will to run or just get even
It takes a hold and demands she go
"Get out while you can!"

It was nearly morning when she found him
Eyes of silver, black as night
And reckoning was written on his face
He had a hunger that she needed
And she approached him unafraid
